At Global Surveillance Distribution Group Inc. (G.S.D Group Inc.), we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. We’re committed to ensuring that your purchase meets your expectations, and we offer comprehensive warranty coverage for your peace of mind. If your product is found to be defective, it is still covered under the warranty within the specified time period. Our products come with varying warranty periods: Recorders and Cameras are covered by a 3-year warranty, PTZ Cameras and other accessories have a 1-year warranty, and Clearance Sale items are offered with a 3-month warranty. The product will be repaired or​ replaced, depending on the situation. For products that are no longer in production or out of stock, a replacement or credit will be provided. 

The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal usage conditions. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper installation, or modifications is not covered. The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors like power surges, lightning, water, or other environmental factors. Additionally, consumables like batteries or wear-and-tear items are not covered under the warranty. In the event that your product requires warranty service, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase, and we will guide you through the return or repair process.
