• "We", "Us", "Our" refer to G.S.D Group Inc.
• "You", "Your", "User" means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the App.
• "App" refers to OV Connect, including but not limited to software, cloud services, and AI-based video surveillance tools.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You may not share your account with unauthorized users. Multi-user access must comply with your plan.

3.1 Permitted Use

• Live viewing, playback, AI detection, and other features are provided solely for authorized surveillance purposes.
• You agree to use the App only in compliance with local, national, and international laws, including privacy and surveillance laws in the region where the system is deployed.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the App to harass, violate privacy, or unlawfully monitor individuals.
• Reverse-engineer, tamper, or hack the software or its cloud infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit any malware, spyware, or harmful content.

We collect and process:

• Video footage
• AI detection metadata
• Device and usage logs

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and in compliance with:

• Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Bill 64)
• PIPEDA (Canada)
• GDPR (EU) when applicable

Users are responsible for ensuring that recorded individuals have given lawful consent where required.

• The App and its content are the exclusive property of G.S.D Group Inc. and protected under Canadian and international IP laws.
• Octavue™ is a registered trademark. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for its intended purpose.

The App may integrate with third-party APIs, devices, or services. We are not responsible for:

• Availability or security of third-party components
• Data shared with such services

Your use of third-party features is subject to their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for footage loss, unauthorized access, or AI misidentification.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cease using the App.

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or 100% uptime.
• All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the maximum extent allowed.

.We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms
• Modify or discontinue features with or without notice

Upon termination, your license to use the App will be revoked.

We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified via:

• Email (if provided)
• In-app notification

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.
• You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec, for any dispute.
